2. Banking & Institutional Partnership Strategy

  • Structured monetization levers around ZapFunds's data-rich ecosystem (KYC, transaction history, and behavior insights).
  • Designed value proposition decks to onboard mid-sized banks seeking branchless growth.
  • Defined a co-branded merchant acquisition playbook that banks could deploy using ZapFunds infrastructure.

3. Platform Enhancement & Monetization

  • Recommended modular product upgrades (EMI, loyalty credits, referral stack).
  • Rolled out behavioral segmentation analytics to improve personalized engagement.
  • Designed a merchant-tiering system to enable flexible pricing, offers, and ad placements within the wallet ecosystem.
