3. Platform Expansion Strategy

  • Reframed Homeridge's market position from a listing portal to a location intelligence platform.
  • Launched a data-as-a-service (DaaS) pilot enabling agencies and lenders to access anonymized polygon search data.
  • Introduced white-labeled B2B dashboards for enterprise brokers to manage listings, ad spend, and agent productivity.
